The main reason for that was our guide Katt. She was amazingly knowledgeable and passionate about the area and even went off “scripted agenda” when she thought there was something we would be interested in seeing. She even stopped at friends of hers working on carving totem poles. That alone made the trip special. When we found out this was her first season, we were all astonished.
